Important Dates

Tax Bills Mailed by December 15
First Installment Real Estate Taxes Due: January 31
Second Installment Real Estate Taxes Due (to Iowa County Treasurer): July 31

Payments are made to the Village of Ridgeway Treasurer, 208 Jarvis Street Suite A, Ridgeway, WI, 53582.
After January 31, all real estate tax payments shall be made to the Iowa County Treasurer’s Office, 222 N. Iowa St., Dodgeville, WI 53533

Changes to Name or Mailing Address on the Property Tax Bills should be directed to the Iowa County Treasurer’s office at 608-935-0397 .

Changes to Name or Mailing Address on the Personal Property Tax Bills should be directed to the Village Treasurer at 608-924-5881 or the Village Assessor, Gardiner Appraisal, at 608-943-8013. Personal Property tax is due January 31, 2023 of each year.
