1. From the home page of this website click the green "Subscribe" button

Portal - choose alerts and notifications

3. Create Account or Sign In

4. Click the 'Sign up' link or Enter Your Email

5. Enter Your Name, Email and Password. Follow Confirmation Steps

6. You Can Now Sign In and Toggle On the Subscription List
